Combined Buildings and Contents Insurance
Insure4Retirement buildings insurance can cover up to £1,000,000 for repairs and rebuilding and home contents insurance up to £100,000**.

In addition, your buildings insurance can cover you for accidental damage to fixed glass, cables and bathroom fixtures. Your home contents insurance can cover you for accidental damage and breakage to entertainment equipment such as audio and TV’s.
Both our buildings and contents insurance boast an extensive range of inclusions – for more information please read our policy wording. You are also covered against your legal liability to pay damages and costs to others – up to £2,000,000 – which results in accidental death, disease, illness or accidental physical injury to anyone and for Accidental damage to physical property.
Excesses start from £75, £250 for escape of water claims and £1,000 for subsidence claims. There are also options to increase your excess for a lower premium.

If your Home Emergency cover commenced on or after the 24th February 2015, your Home Emergency cover will be provided by Inter Partner Assistance SA (IPA) which is fully owned by the AXA Assistance Group.
