When you apply for a role with us, we will ask you about yourself so we can assess your suitability and potential.
For sales based roles, we may initially interview over the phone and/or invite you to a formal face to face interview. You will also need to pass a basic numeracy and literacy assessment and we may ask you to participate in an assessment centre with other candidates. For non-sales roles, we normally have a two stage process of face to face interviews.
Knowledge and skills are a great advantage, as long as you have learned and developed positively. However, we also recognise the value of future potential, competency and enthusiasm that we can develop along with a personal drive and enthusiasm to succeed.
