Our Complaints Procedure

We hope we will always get it right for you. But, if anything does go wrong, there are four things you can do:

Please have your policy or quote details beside you when you call. Communications may be recorded or monitored to improve our services and for security and regulatory purposes.
2. You may choose to speak direct to the insurer. Simply phone us on 0845 6 500 500 and ask us for their contact details. However, if you are insured with certain underwriters at Lloyds, please refer to the complaints procedure documented in your policy wording.
3. If you have made a complaint but you are still not happy with the way it has been dealt with, you can write to the Chief Executive of the insurer. Again, just phone us on 0845 6 500 500 and we will give you the address to write to. However, if you are insured with certain underwriters at Lloyds, please refer to the complaints procedure documented in your policy wording.
4. If none of these three options completely satisfy you, you can talk to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
