HOW BIG ARE WE?
We have over 200 staff working in both outbound and inbound telemarketing backed by support areas such as Marketing and IT.
Today we have over 150,000 policy holders and our annual turnover is currently in excess of £30 million. Over 7,000 new customers are currently buying Home Insurance from us every month. We have achieved this in just six years and we aim to double the size of the business over the next couple of years.
WHAT DO WE DO?
We are a business that specialises in highly targeted customer contact strategies using outbound telemarketing, selected press advertising and cross selling into our customer base.
Our main product is home insurance for the over fifties but we have many associated products and are busy developing more. A key development for us going forward will be car and travel insurance.
Technically we are known as an insurance intermediary but you may be more familiar with the term "broker" and we are one of several brokers in the Equity Group. Quite simply we sell the policies on behalf of the underwriters we work with but we do not underwrite them or manage claims.
